Former UFC fighter Felipe Colares, hit and killed by bus in Brazil

Veteran Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Felipe Colares, passed away Monday. Brazilian website Combate confirmed the 29 mixed martial artist was hit by a bus in Rio de Janeiro after leaving a training session. Colares was taken immediately to a hospital but died en route. In September 2017 Colares won the Jungle Fight 145-pound Featherweight championship , which earned him a UFC roster spot. Miami ( OH) women’s basketball coach DeUnna Hendrix resigned last week after an investigation into alleged misconduct, according to a university spokesperson. The Milwaukee Bucks are now in the market for a new head basketball coach after showing Mike Budenholzer the door. Despite winning at least 51 games in four of his five seasons and compiling a 271-120 record, according to reporting from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the team fired him Thursday afternoon.
