Grambling football headed to The Horseshoe in 2025

Monday Grambling football announced that they would take on the Ohio State Buckeyes in 2025.  The Tigers are headed to The Horseshoe to replace UCONN, who Ohio State is no longer set to face, on Saturday, September 6.  The Buckeyes were scheduled to face the Huskies on September 18, but according to the OSU athletic department, the decision to cancel the game and alter their schedules was a mutual one between Ohio State and UCONN. Class of 2026 guard Mason Williams, the son of Jackson State head basketball coach Mo Willians has an official offer from Jackson State.  The younger Willians, a 6’1” guard out of Jackson Academy (MS) in his sophomore season averaged 9.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.6 steals in 21.0 minutes per contest.
