Albany State footballer struck and killed by city bus

Tragedy has shown up on doorstep of the Albany State campus and football team. Monday ASU linebacker Adonis Butler was hit by a city bus on the University’s east campus. The young brother was pronounced deceased at the scene , according to the ASU Facebook post. An investigation has been launched by the Albany Police, the Albany State University Police and the Georgia State Patrol.
