Tennessee State women’s hoops headed to OVC Tournament after 73-64 defeat of Southern Illinois

With the potential to play in the OVC Tournament still in play, the Lady Tigers of Tennessee State were able to defeat Southern Illinois 73-64 and secure the final spot in the upcoming Ohio Valley Conference Tournament.  The opening minutes of the first quarter saw a pair of ties and five lead changes before Lyric Cole’s jumper put TSU up 8-6 at the 6:52 mark of the frame. This take on the Air Jordan 4 seems more of a reimagining than several Jordans who carried that moniker. It takes a a feature that has been an integral aspect of the IV’s design, the netting, and transforms its into the prominent visual aspect of the classic silhouette. They sport a royal blue foundational layer overlaid with a marbled support cage on the lateral and medial sides. A red Three Stripes logo is seen on the rear heel, while “KANSAS” appears on the rear pull tab in the same font seen on the Jayhawks’ jerseys. Fourth quarter surge powers Lindenwood past Tennessee State, 81-70

This LeBron XXII, which was seen on the feet of Anthony Davis, sports a vibrant yellow patent leather upper with the lateral Swoosh transitioning from yellow to purple at the junction with the midsole. The same coloration also wraps the heel and extends onto the medial side. This latest colorway of the well-received Nike Shox R4 sports a metallic silver upper paired with perforated black nubuck.
